Romeo and Juliet, what a book. I think act five, scene three was the best part because it was action packed, tons of ironic things happened. Well, we all knew that Romeo and Juliet would die in the end, but who knew Lady Montague would? I think it's weird how they bring her back up into the book again since she hadn't been mentioned in a long time. Though, my favorite part of the book is when Romeo and Juliet first meet, and in that part most everyone is happy. After that, everything just seems to go downhill.
Yes, this play has had an influence on pop culture. When a love movie or book comes out, people can always relate it to Romeo and Juliet. I think that people have used bits and peices from the play to write their own story as well. Everybody knows who Romeo and Juliet are, I don't see how you couldn't. I enjoyed this book. It was definatly better reading it in class, i could understand it a lot better than if i had to take it home and figure out what it means by myself.
